For Kara Beauty’s Cloud9 Waterproof & Volumizing Mascara, I had the opportunity to help shape the initial concept and design the packaging. I was also responsible for guiding the design production process from the early stages through to final delivery. It was a highly rewarding experience to see an idea evolve from a concept into a tangible product.
Serving as the primary designer, I was tasked to lead the creative concept and design of each product and its packaging in close partnership with the product developer, translating ideas into thoughtful, brand-aligned experiences. I worked directly with overseas manufacturers and vendors throughout production, reviewing dielines,pantone colors, materials, finishes, and print proofs to ensure quality and consistency. The role spanned the full lifecycle of the product—from concept and design through production and launch. Below are select projects developed from concept to production.
