Growing up, we often heard “it’s not too sweet” or “it’s not too salty” or “it’s not too ____” as the highest compliment for food from our parents. It meant the flavors were tasty, balanced, and just right. Nothing more needed, nothing less missing. So when we set out to create an Asian-American condiment line inspired by the home flavors of our heritage, the name “Not Too” felt just right, too.
